This position will support the LATAM regional business planning process, ongoing planning activities, and the execution of the LATAM strategy. It will collaborate closely with the leadership team to facilitate planning sessions and drive business strategy execution.
The role involves defining long-term goals and short-term objectives, as well as supporting the implementation of regional business plans, key initiatives, M&A; activities, and partnership processes. Additionally, it includes monitoring the competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities,



and tracking performance by reporting progress and analyzing issues that may impact productivity, profitability, and regional growth.

What You'll Bring:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Must have business planning abilities along with strong facilitation skills.
- Must be 100% fluent in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team in a rapidly changing environment.
