About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Onboarding Associate to manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new clients and agents. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience by collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, tracking documentation, and maintaining accurate records throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and agents.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience.
- Track onboarding timelines, pending requirements, and follow-up activities.
- Review, verify, and maintain onboarding documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Update and manage records in CRM, Magaya, and other internal systems.
- Support account setup and credit line approval processes.
- Communicate onboarding progress and completion status to all relevant stakeholders.




- Ensure compliance with company onboarding standards and procedures.

Requirements

- Technical, Technological, or Professional degree.
- Previous experience in onboarding, client coordination, customer service, administrative support, or related roles.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Experience in the logistics industry is not required.
