Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled backend developer to join our rapidly growing team in Bogotá. You will design, build, and maintain high-performance backend systems and APIs using Elixir and the Phoenix framework, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into scalable services.
You will own features from conception to launch, write tests to ensure quality, and continuously improve performance and fault tolerance.
