We are seeking a Logistics Transactional Support Contractor to assist the logistics team with day-to-day transactional activities, primarily related to scheduling inbound deliveries of feedstock materials.

This role will support coordination among sites, carriers, and feedstock suppliers to help ensure inbound truck deliveries are properly scheduled and communicated. The specialist will work mainly through the company ERP system, email, and phone communication.

The adecuado candidate is organized, professional, polite, and able to communicate clearly in English. This person will receive guidance from our client's leadership but will be expected to work independently within defined processes, task instructions, and escalation criteria.

Key Responsibilities

- Create purchase orders in the ERP system to be sent to carriers and feedstock suppliers.
- Coordinate expected delivery schedules for inbound feedstock trucks.
- Communicate with our client's sites, carriers, and suppliers to confirm delivery timing and requirements.
- Review delivery schedules to determine whether delivery windows are available.
- Communicate scheduling updates, confirmations, and issues back to the client's team.
- Use ERP systems, email, and phone communication to complete daily transactional logistics tasks.
- Follow provided procedures, task guidelines, and escalation criteria.
- Escalate issues or exceptions to the client's leadership or the appropriate team members when needed.
- Maintain a professional and polite approach when interacting with suppliers, carriers,



and other third parties, as the role represents our client externally.
- Support additional transactional activities for Logistics or other departments as workload permits.

Required Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work hours aligned with Eastern Time.
- Previous professional work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
- Ability to work independently after receiving guidance and training.
- Comfortable using ERP systems, email, and phone communication.
- Professional, courteous, and service-oriented communication style.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate status updates clearly.
- Availability to work from the Axius office in Barranquilla as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, procurement, scheduling, or related transactional support work.
- Experience creating purchase orders or working in ERP systems.
- Experience coordinating with suppliers, carriers, or external business partners.
- Prior experience supporting U.S.-based teams or working on an Eastern Time schedule.
