This role ensures that every order is processed, validated, and billed with precision, enabling seamless customer onboarding and sustained business growth. Partnering closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Revenue, and Customer Success, you will influence cross functional alignment and drive operational excellence at scale. At Genesys, we are transforming how organizations connect with customers through AI powered experiences, and this role plays a critical part in ensuring those experiences begin with flawless order execution. You will gain visibility into enterprise level operations while strengthening your expertise in SaaS order to cash processes and financial controls.**Key Responsibilities:*** Own the end to end processing of service orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across the full order lifecycle.* Drive revenue integrity by validating quotes, contracts,



and supporting documentation prior to order booking and billing.* Partner with cross functional stakeholders to align on order requirements, resolve dependencies, and accelerate deal execution.* Ensure billing transactions are completed within strict close timelines, supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting accuracy.* Resolve complex billing discrepancies and invoice inquiries by collaborating with Receivables Management and internal teams.* Maintain accurate system records and documentation to support audit readiness and operational transparency.* Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements that enhance scalability, accuracy, and cycle time reduction.* Support high volume periods by prioritizing workload effectively and ensuring continuity during critical financial close cycles.**Required Qualifications:*** 3 or more years of experience in Order Management, Revenue Operations, or operational finance within technology environment.* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.* Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, required due to collaboration and reporting with international stakeholders.* Strong understanding of order to cash processes and financial controls.* Experience working with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, or similar platforms.* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.* Demonstrated ability to manage high volume workloads with strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Proven ability to collaborate across global, cross functional teams.* Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience in SaaS, cloud based, or subscription business models.* Familiarity with billing platforms such as Zuora or similar systems.* Working knowledge of revenue recognition principles and compliance requirements.* Experience supporting financial close processes in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
