We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in backend API test automation, performance testing, and quality engineering. This role will help ensure the reliability, scalability, and quality of our middleware services by designing automated test strategies, validating integrations, and collaborating closely with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.What will help you succeed:Experience designing and executing automated tests for RESTful APIs and microservices.Working knowledge of AWS Serverless services, including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, and SNS.Hands-on experience with Node.Js, TypeScript, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JMeter,



and/or LoadRunner.Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, APM, and CloudWatch.Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude for test automation and data generation.Knowledge of Contract Testing and consumer-driven contract frameworks.GUT is a business unit within Globant, operating as its creative and marketing division.
