- Bogota ColombiaThe LATAM CSC Payments Analyst role is designed for individuals seeking to contribute to and grow within our dynamic financial operations environment. This position is open to both Entry-Level and Intermediate-Level candidates, with responsibilities tailored to experience while offering significant development opportunities.The analyst will be responsible for providing essential analytical and operational support, executing complex financial transactions, and coordinating closely with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all regular transfers, payments, and receivables-related operational activities, aligned with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with various countries. This role also involves actively applying a working knowledge of technical concepts to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to efficient team deliverables.Responsibilities:Candidates will operate within a team environment, supporting various operational processes. Process all regular, restricted, and legal transfers, which include processing of payments and receivables.Ensure transactions are processed efficiently, act as a SME (subject matter expert) and recommend process improvements.Individuals will be cross trained on other internal roles, to provide secondary or back-up coverage during high volume periods or changes swap into the internal areas in base of business needs (Funds Transfer Processing areas, MIFT Process Operator, etc.)
