We’re looking for a bilingual (Advanced English C1) Executive Assistant with minimum 2 years of proven, direct experience supporting C‑suite leaders. If you don’t have this experience, this role won’t be a match — we need someone who can step in confidently from day one.
? What you’ll do
- ? Manage and organize executive email inboxes, including prioritizing critical messages and unsubscribing from irrelevant content.
- ✍️ Draft responses for routine inquiries, ensuring professional and clear communication.
- ? Prepare and structure detailed expense reports for quality review and executive approval.
- ? Provide administrative and strategic support across various organizational needs.
- ? Handle confidential information with absolute integrity, professionalism, and discretion.

- ?️ Advanced English level (C1) — strong conversational and written communication.
- ?‍? Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C‑level leadership (mandatory).
