Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Spanish Bilingual Track and Trace Specialist to join our team. This role is vital for managing our day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring seamless client communication, and overseeing cross-border freight movements. The idóneo candidate must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English and possess hands‑on experience with Mexico cross-border logistics.

Key Responsibilities

- Track & Trace: Actively monitor, track, and trace shipments to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
- Cross-Border Operations: Utilize specialized knowledge in Mexico cross-border logistics to navigate and streamline international freight movements.




- Client Communications: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing proactive updates, addressing inquiries, and maintaining strong professional relationships in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Language Skills: Fluent/Bilingual in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Experience: Proven experience in Mexico cross-border logistics operations.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and close attention to detail in track and trace processes.
