Role Overview
Working closely with a cross-functional Scrum team, you will ensure comprehensive test coverage across new and existing functionality through a robust end-to-end automation suite. The idóneo candidate is detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and passionate about building scalable automation frameworks that improve product quality and release confidence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work as an active member of an Agile Scrum team, providing accurate estimates and delivering within three-week sprints.
- Collaborate with engineers and QA to identify, collect, and create test cases, test plans, and test data.
- Ensure committed code is properly validated before release to production.
- Identify recurring defects and recommend areas for quality improvement.
- Update and maintain quality testing standards, procedures, and documentation.
- Participate in regression testing for release candidates and log defects when necessary.
- Contribute to and maintain the product defect backlog, ensuring issues are tracked through resolution.




- Participate in all Scrum ceremonies and quality planning activities.

Education and Experience
- B.S. in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in an Automation Quality Engineer role.
- Strong proficiency in API validation and automation.
- 2+ years of experience working in Agile environments using Scrum practices.
- 2+ years of experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with WCAG and Section 508 accessibility testing.
- Experience migrating between testing frameworks is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of QA processes, test case design, and execution.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated technical curiosity and continuous learning mindset.
- Ability to motivate and guide individual contributors is a plus.
