Role Overview

Cuesta Partners is looking for a Data Scientist in Latin America who is interested in consulting and working with our broad base of clients on various engagements, delivering advanced analytics and data-driven solutions using modern technologies and best practices while mentoring others.

As a Data Scientist at Cuesta, you will analyze complex datasets, extract meaningful insights, and build predictive models that support strategic decision-making. Your mission will be to leverage statistical techniques and machine learning models to drive business impact for our clients.

What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of prior experience as a Data Scientist.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Experience working with cloud‑based data platforms and AI projects.




- Excellent communication skills.
