Job Description

As a Staff Accountant, you will handle end‑to‑end accounting tasks, including reconciliations, expense coding, and month‑end close support. This role requires precision, analytical thinking, and accountability, as you’ll help streamline financial processes for a fast‑growing global team.

Qualifications We Seek
- 3+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com
- Experience with accounts payable and expense coding
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Problem‑solving mindset and proactive approach
- Willingness to work EST Time Zone hours

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Experience with 1099 preparation
- Experience with merchant account reconciliations

Your Daily Tasks
- Accurately process and code bills/invoices using Bill.com
- Reconcile and update invoice payment statuses for transactions completed outside of Bill.com to ensure accuracy in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Perform regular (daily/weekly) credit card and bank transaction coding using QBO banking feed
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure balances tie to statements
- Update
