Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Brokerage Support Analyst to support daily brokerage operations by managing load information, maintaining accurate system records, and coordinating with carriers and internal teams. This role combines track & trace and brokerage support responsibilities to ensure efficient load execution, timely updates, and compliance with operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and process brokerage requests received through email and internal systems.
- Track and update load information, ensuring data accuracy and timely status updates.
- Review, validate, and maintain carrier documentation and operational records.
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to obtain shipment updates and resolve operational issues.
- Manage carrier accessorial requests, including validation, approval coordination, and system updates.
- Maintain tracking logs, operational reports, and load-related documentation.




- Assign and update driver, dispatch, and load information within operational systems.
- Identify, communicate, and **escalate** shipment delays, discrepancies, or missing information.
- Support carrier setup, activation, and data maintenance processes.
- Process manifest and entry requests while ensuring all operational updates are properly documented.
- Update financial components related to shipments, including fuel surcharges and approved accessorials.

Requirements

- 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, brokerage, track & trace, dispatching, or a related operations role.
- English level: B2+ or higher.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
