We're looking for compassionate, professional Customer Service Representatives to join our growing healthcare support team in Barranquilla, Colombia.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients who need assistance scheduling appointments, requesting prescription refills, communicating with healthcare providers, arranging transportation, and answering general healthcare-related questions.

Many of the patients you'll support are older adults, so we're looking for individuals who naturally demonstrate patience, empathy, professionalism, and outstanding communication skills.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

- Assist patients with appointment scheduling and rescheduling
- Process prescription refill requests
- Relay messages between patients and healthcare providers
- Help coordinate transportation to medical appointments
- Answer general healthcare-related inquiries
- Accurately document every interaction
- Follow healthcare procedures and escalation processes
- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused service on every call

Schedule

This is a full-time on-site position based in Barranquilla,



Colombia.

This role operates on rotating schedules that may vary weekly.

Hours Of Operation Include

- Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST
- Friday: 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST
- Saturday: 6:00 PM to 11:30 PM EST

Schedules may include evenings and weekends.

Your schedule for the following week will be posted every Wednesday. While scheduling preferences are considered whenever possible, fixed schedules cannot be guaranteed.

Compensation

- $250 USD per week
- Paid weekly in arrears
- Independent Contractor position

Healthcare Experience Is Strongly Preferred, Including Experience In

- Medical offices
- Healthcare providers
- Patient scheduling
- Pharmacies
- Health insurance
- Senior care

Applicants with strong customer service or call center experience are also encouraged to apply.
