Audubon is currently seeking a Billing Analyst to join our team in our Bogotá, Colombia Office. The idóneo candidate will possess a foundational understanding of project accounting principles and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills and close collaboration with project managers (US), collections, and finance teams. The candidate should demonstrate strong effectiveness in coordinating across operational groups.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing the invoicing process for multiple engineering projects with varying billing cycles.
- Prepare draft invoices based on project data, contracts, and billing terms.
- Route draft invoices to project managers for review and approval.
- Track and follow up on aged and unbilled drafts to support timely invoicing.
- Work with project managers to address billing corrections, adjustments, and discrepancies.
- Review timecards and expense reports for accuracy; support necessary corrections and updates.




- Assist in processing invoice adjustments with proper approvals.
- Support the preparation and submission of intercompany and client invoices.
- Partner with Accounts Receivable to help monitor outstanding invoices and resolve billing‑related issues.
- Maintain organized billing documentation to support audits and compliance requirements.
- Generate basic billing reports and assist with ad hoc financial analysis.
- Direct reporting to US team.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or a related financial role (We are seeking candidates across junior to senior levels).
- Experience working with project‑based billing and multiple billing cycles preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Acumatica, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Deltek, or similar).
