Overview
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogotá, supporting Puerto Rico. It is a hybrid role, requiring at least three days a week in the office.
You will manage a client portfolio, handle policy endorsements, billing, and maintain insurance programs, including policy activation, review, and confirmation. You will support a dynamic team serving Colombia and other LATAM countries on a new project.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of insurance clients, handling endorsements, billing, and policy maintenance (including inclusions, exclusions, modifications, and collections).
- Activate policy issuance, review, and confirm policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the administration of insurance programs, ensuring timely updates and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and meet operational goals.
Qualifications
- Technical, technologist, or professional degree in a relevant field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;).
- Intermediate Excel skills and advanced English proficiency.
- Knowledge of P&C; insurance processes, including all-risk, cargo, liability, and IRF (excluding auto), with a focus on compliance and benefits.
