We are on the lookout for a strikingly creative Lead Motion Designer to become part of our international Creative and Marketing team.
In this position, you will dedicate your work to elevated visual storytelling, present-day video production, and converting intricate technology ideas into immersive motion experiences. You should thrive in a rapid-paced setting, harnessing generative AI responsibly, working across mixed disciplines, keeping strong project discipline,



and producing top-tier creative deliverables under demanding schedules.
Responsibilities
- Reshape advanced B2B and technical ideas into approachable, emotionally compelling visual stories using purposeful storytelling, design reasoning, and motion craftsmanship
- Produce refined motion graphics within tight timelines while adapting flexibly to evolving creative direction and stakeholder recommendations
- Navigate smoothly across Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to evaluate storyboards, shape key visuals, bring still designs to life, and collaborate directly with designers, marketers, and creative leads
- Set up thoughtfully structured After Effects projects that are straightforward to inherit, revise, extend, and share across worldwide creative teams
- Blend generative AI into ideation sessions, concept development, asset creation, and production tasks while protecting confidential data, brand identity, and intellectual pro
