The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Windows System Administrator with experience in Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, VMware virtualization, Microsoft 365, Exchange Server, and Windows troubleshooting. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Windows-based infrastructure, ensuring system availability, security, and performance. Strong written and spoken English communication skills are essential for collaborating with internal teams and supporting end users.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Manage and support Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, organizational units (OUs), and Group Policies (GPOs).
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and other Windows services.
- Administer and support Microsoft Exchange Server and email services.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and user licensing.
- Configure and manage Azure resources, including virtual machines and identity services.
- Deploy, manage,



and maintain virtual machines using VMware technologies.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, applications, email systems, and infrastructure-related problems.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and security updates.
- Manage backups, disaster recovery processes, and business continuity procedures.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support to end users.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Active Directory Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience managing VMware vSphere/ESXi environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
