Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience or a Masters degree and 0 years of experience or an Associates degree and 4 years of experience or a High School Diploma/Equivalent and 6 years of experience.
- U.S. citizenship and active Secret Government Security Clearance.
- Must have experience as a systems administrator in a Windows-based environment.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Experience supporting end users in an enterprise IT environment.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and network connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience with ServiceNow or Remedy Ticket Management System.

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of NTFS and share permissions; distribution/security group management.
- Knowledge of DHCP, Print Server and Exchange/O365 management.
- Knowledge and understanding of Cisco switching and routing technologies.
- Experience with IBML Scanner Appliances.
- Active Directory – Users and Computers
- Experience with Intermec PM43 Label Printers.
- CompTIA A+,

The SA provides IT Operations and Maintenance (O&M;) support for the hardware, software, and platforms that power consular applications and systems across U.S. Passport Offices and Agencies. This role ensures the stability, security, and performance of mission‑critical systems serving U.S. citizens worldwide.
