Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven SDR to join our growing marketing team. The idóneo candidate will have experience in outbound marketing, specifically in email marketing and LinkedIn outreach. This role will be pivotal in generating new business opportunities through prospecting, relationship-building, and qualifying leads. You will work closely with the sales team to set up meetings with potential clients and help expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:




- Research and identify potential leads using tools like LinkedIn, company databases, and email marketing platforms.
- Conduct outreach via cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and other communication channels to engage prospects and generate interest.
- Qualify leads by asking the right questions and ensuring that the leads are a good fit for our products/services.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Follow up on prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Continuously optimize email campaigns to improve open and response rates.
- Monitor and report on outreach performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.
