Job Description

Sutherland is looking for proactive and committed professionals to support and maintain automobile dealer websites on the dealer eProcess platform. The role is primarily focused on front‑end updates, CMS content changes, and ticket‑based enhancements.
- Perform front‑end updates and content changes using HTML and CSS.
- Maintain and update websites built on WordPress and CMS platforms.
- Manage and resolve tasks through HubSpot or similar ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely ticket closure.
- Use Python for basic scripting, automation, or efficiency improvements.
- Ensure quality, responsiveness, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications
- Advanced English level (B2 or higher).
- Strong knowledge of HTML & CSS.
- Basic to intermediate WordPress experience.
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Experience with ticketing tools (HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Nice to Have
- Exposure to automobile or dealer websites.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
- Experience in high‑volume support or production environments.
