Qualifications
- Law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) from an accredited institution; admission to practice law in Colombia and/or Mexico preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in a multinational company or Tier 1 law firm.
- Uphold high ethical standards and dedication to compliance.
- Knowledge of business law, contracts, and regulations—particularly concerning chemicals and manufacturing.
- Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions.
