Position Overview

We need an experienced dispatcher who can manage the daily technician schedule using ServiceTitan. You'll be responsible for getting the right tech to the right job on time, keeping the board moving, and making sure customers aren't left waiting.



This is a remote role based out of Latin America, working U.S. Eastern time, including weekends.

Key

Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the daily technician schedule in ServiceTitan.
- Dispatch techs to calls as jobs wrap up throughout the day.
- Prioritize service calls based on customer urgency and what makes sense operationally.
- Watch the board and adjust the schedule as things shift during the day.
- Call customers when a tech is running behind schedule.
- Jump in on inbound calls when the phones are busy.
- Keep an eye on daily call volume and revenue targets so the team stays on track for weekly and monthly goals.
- Communicate with customers, techs, and the office team over phone, email, and text.
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date in ServiceTitan.
- Flag service issues to the right team lead so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Handle general admin work that keeps the day running smoothly.
