Job Description

About the Role As an HR Recruiter at Fusion CX, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies that align with business goals, enhance employer branding, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions within the organization.




- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and systems.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional platforms.
- Collaborate with department managers to determine hiring needs and position requirements.
- Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare job offers and manage the hiring process while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate databases.
- Strengthen Fusion CX’s employer brand through networking, partnerships, and social media engagement.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, providing necessary documentation and support.
