Overview: The HR Project Manager of Publicis Groupe will act as the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring that recruitment processes are managed with rigor, visibility, and accountability. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end coordination of hiring processes as structured projects, working closely with the HRBP and TA Lead to ensure comprehensive coordination, adherence to timelines, ownership, service level agreements (SLAs) and enabling data‑driven decision‑making through accurate and timely reporting.

Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment workflows as structured projects, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and ownership.
- Track progress across active requisitions, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and delays.
- Implement and monitor SLA compliance across all stages of the hiring process.
- Ensure consistent follow‑up with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to drive execution.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date tracking systems (e.g., Jira, trackers, dashboards)



to reflect real‑time status of all recruitment processes.
- Standardize processes, templates, and reporting structures to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Ensure alignment on roles, responsibilities, and expectations across stakeholders.
- Drive governance discipline, ensuring accountability at each stage of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Act as central point of coordination between Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and integral stakeholders.
- Provide clear and structured updates on recruitment progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Escalate issues and raise flags proactively when SLAs or timelines are at risk.
- Ensure continuous alignment and communication to prevent process delays.
- Works with Ops Team to ensure the integrity and organization of recruitment data across all platforms and trackers.
