The idóneo candidate will be a high-energy, organized professional responsible for planning and implementing projects, managing external partnerships, and executing high-impact events. You will serve as the "center of excellence" for our workflows, ensuring all initiatives are delivered within budget and scope while maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Full-Time)
- Work Arrangement: Remote
- Bonus: Performance-based bonus structure (tied to project/event success)
- Travel: 100% expenses-paid travel for required attendance at conferences and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Architect and maintain project boards to set timelines and monitor deliverables.
- Partnership Development: Act as the primary liaison for external partners; identify, onboard, and nurture strategic relationships.
- Events Management: Lead end-to-end planning for conferences and networking events, including logistics, vendor management,



and onsite execution.
- Team Leadership: Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.
- Communication: Provide fluent, professional updates to stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications
- Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Monday.com is required. You must be comfortable building boards, automations, and dashboards to track complex workflows.
- Language: Total fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for partner negotiation and event representation.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience. Marketing or Communications degrees are an asset.
- Experience: Strong business acumen in project planning and event coordination.
- Organizational Skills: A "proactive" mindset with the ability to manage multiple moving parts without oversight.
