Position Summary
The Patient Coordinator is a critical operational role in a fast-paced pain management practice. This position requires a highly organized, proactive professional who can manage multiple tasks for each patient while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and accountability. The adecuado candidate performs consistently under pressure, anticipates issues before they disrupt clinic flow, and takes ownership of ensuring patients are fully prepared, scheduled, and documented across complex treatment pathways. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to communicate clearly with patients and clinical staff are non-negotiable.
This role is not transactional,



it requires judgment, prioritization, and follow-through on high-volume, high-stress days.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and schedule new and existing patient appointments in alignment with provider availability and clinical priorities
- Manage the full new-patient intake process, ensuring all required records, referrals, and documentation are obtained, reviewed, and uploaded before appointments
