Portuguese-speaking game presenters, driving excellence in
performance and engagement. Oversee show quality, pacing, and
presenter delivery to ensure immersive, high-energy live gaming
sessions. Partner with production, content, and operations teams to
coordinate game flow, schedules, and presenter line-ups. Track and
manage presenter KPIs, deliver regular feedback, and run training
programs that enhance on-camera performance. Manage recruitment, staffing, and shift planning for a Portuguese-language segment in a
live multi-language studio. Collaborate with senior management on
scaling our Bogotá studio and launching new game formats targeted
at Portuguese-speaking markets. Who You Are Background in live
hosting, streaming, or game presentation preferably in iGaming or
entertainment. Proven leadership skills with the ability to
motivate, coach, and grow talent in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and organization skills; able to balance
creative vision with operational duties. Fluent in Portuguese and
proficient in English ; Spanish proficiency is a plus. Experienced
in coordinating shifts, managing live teams, and working in 24/7
broadcast environments. Passionate about engaging audiences and
