We specialize in developing engaging marketing experiences for users across general markets. We're currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior PPC Specialist to support and scale our digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and Execute PPC Campaigns: Develop, implement, and manage high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google, with a strong focus on performance marketing
- Budget Management & Scaling: Hands-on management and scaling of significant PPC budgets ($50,000 USD/month or more) to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets
- Conversion Tracking & Optimization: Implement, manage, and debug advanced conversion tracking solutions,
including event setup in Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA), Meta Pixel, and other relevant tracking platforms
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, and CVR. Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve efficiency, drive user acquisition, and enhance overall campaign effectiveness
- Market & Competitor Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitor strategies, and stay ahead of industry trends in the iGaming sector
- Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members and departments to ensure integrated strategies and consistent brand messaging
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in iGaming digital advertising or equivalent vertical
