You’ll combine analytical rigor with creative intuition, ensuring every dollar spent fuels data-driven learning and exponential brand growth.

What You’ll Do




- Launch & Optimize Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
- Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements to identify scalable winners.
- Track and interpret campaign data daily to identify performance trends.
- Build and present reports highlighting insights, learnings, and optimization strategies.
- Translate numbers into actionable strategies for creative and strategy teams.
- Work closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to ensure ads are optimized for performance and storytelling.
- Provide feedback loops between creative and data—informing what works and what doesn’t.
