Purpose

Leads and oversees Financial Planning & Analysis in GBS Support for Service Units ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Be a key employee in the Finance Department for strategic process including Budget, Forecast, Actuals and Analyticals for the Business Partners

Accountabilities
- Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Support to prepare and/or consolidate a monthly reporting packages that includes performance report, analysis of key business trends, vigente versus budget variances and comprehensive executive level explanations of differences.
- Leading monthly and quarterly close and forecast activities of the Finance Department
- Preparing and delivering monthly financial/analytical reports of business performance to management
- Manage Payroll and D&A; Budget and Forecast Model with quarterly updates

- Formulate initiatives on cost savings and efficiency enhancement; provide financial modeling and analysis for ad-hoc financial projects.
- Supporting preparation of financial analysis and management reporting to Management Committee, Board of Directors, Corporate Stakeholder and Service Units
- Preparing comprehensive and creative documents to present to the board
