The Human Resources team is responsible for the lifecycle of our people from application stage to exiting the business and beyond. Based at our offices in Bogota, you will support the delivery of the best service to all our stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Detail oriented with strong commitment to follow through.
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelors preferred
- Ability to recognise when issues need to escape to an appropriate level.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to communicate professionally, sensitively and discreetly both verbally and in writing.
- Results oriented person to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience of working in a fast‑paced Human Resources department.
- Work experience in disciplinary procedures.
- Work experience in documentation and labour relations.
