We are hiring a Sales & Operations Virtual Assistant for a small, fast-growing company in the cleaning services industry. This is a Full-Time remote role for a United States based company. This role is adecuado for someone who is personable, proactive, highly organized, and possesses a positive, owner-like mindset to manage bookings and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls/messages, qualify leads, and book services using provided scripts and pricing guidelines.
- Coordinate schedules and dispatch cleaners, handling day-of logistics such as property access and real-time issue resolution.
- Manage customer communications via phone, SMS, and email; process reschedules and service adjustments professionally.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/scheduling tools, track job status and KPIs, and produce daily/weekly reports.
- Support hiring workflows by posting ads, pre-screening applicants, and assisting with onboarding documentation.
- Create and update SOPs, checklists, and templates to improve operational efficiency.




- Collaborate with the founder to recommend process improvements and ensure a high-quality experience for clients and cleaners.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, dispatching, or operations (ideally within home services).
- Proven ability to handle high-volume inbound calls and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Experience coordinating schedules and managing time-sensitive logistics calmly.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort with spreadsheets/metrics.
- Reliability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the cleaning or home services industry (e.g., maid service, maintenance).
- Experience with recruiting/onboarding administration and SOP documentation.
