Overview

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst with strong technical troubleshooting skills and a customer-oriented mindset to provide application and infrastructure support. This role combines technical support, incident resolution, and on-site client assistance to ensure the stability and reliability of business-critical systems.

The adecuado candidate has experience supporting Windows environments, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work closely with clients, vendors, and cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for applications, systems, and Windows environments.
- Respond to support requests through ticketing systems, email, and phone, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software, system, and configuration issues.
- Document incidents, root causes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions following established support processes.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to resolve complex technical issues.




- Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor recurring incidents, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend preventive solutions.
- Provide daily on-site support at the client's office in Colombia.
- Coordinate and supervise third-party vendors during on-site activities, ensuring compliance with client standards.
- Support the day-to-day operation and organization of the client's office, ensuring a functional and productive working environment.
- Stay current with product updates, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications
- Experience in Application Support, Technical Support, or Systems Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows SysOps and Windows operating systems.
