Role Purpose

The Sales Excellence Jr. Manager will be responsible for deploying and embedding best-in-class commercial excellence frameworks, methodologies, and tools to ensure consistent and effective sales execution across all Lines of Business. This role will act as the owner of the commercial operating engine, driving pipeline health, sales productivity, forecasting accuracy, customer lifecycle management, and commercial effectiveness through standardized processes, data-driven decision-making, and continuous capability building.

Working closely with Strategy, Portfolio, Customer Marketing, Business Intelligence, Operations, and Sales Leadership teams,



the position will play a key role in translating business strategy into measurable commercial results while fostering a culture of execution excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of standardized sales processes covering the entire customer lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, conversion, retention, and account expansion.
- Define and optimize sales organization structures, territory design, account ownership models, and coverage strategies to maximize productivity and ensure alignment with business priorities and growth opportunities.
- Drive pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, conversion rates, and overall sales performance by establishing management routines, governance models, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance dashboards linked to financial outcomes.
