Overview

Location: Bogotá (manages teams in Bogotá, US & CA). We are looking for a leader who will manage the Service Delivery Practice Enablement Specialists. In charge of delivering project, change, and business analysis services across the Service Delivery Practice. Will act as a player–coach responsible for program delivery, stakeholder management, quality, and alignment with US & Canada onshore teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the enablement team: set priorities, allocate work, coach team members, and track performance.
- Oversee a portfolio of enablement projects: define scope, create project plans, establish governance, manage budgets and timelines.
- Drive stakeholder engagement: serve as primary contact for senior stakeholders, provide status updates, and escalate risks.
- Lead change and adoption activities: coordinate communications, leadership briefings, FAQs, and reinforcement actions.
- Use data and dashboards to measure impact and identify improvements; apply lessons learned to future projects.




- Coordinate cross-regional collaboration and ensure alignment with US & CA onshore teams.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years managing end-to-end programs, transitions, or process migrations.
- 4+ years leading teams.
- Proven experience with integral stakeholders and complex organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Detail‑oriented with demonstrated change management and delivery capability.
- Advanced English (CVs in English only).

Preferred
- Power BI experience (dashboards and data analysis).
- Experience with digital transformation, process automation, or tool rollouts from a learning/adoption perspective.
- Formal change management, program management, or business analysis certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci, CBAP) or MBA.
- Experience coordinating across multiple countries and with English‑language education or work experience.
