About This Role:

We are hiring an Operations & Master Data Specialist to help organize and improve product and operational data for a growing eCommerce brand. You will lead the setup of a new PIM/DAM system, fix messy data, and build clear, simple processes across different tools. Beyond PIM/DAM, you will also support the development of a broader master data structure across the business to help build a more scalable, enterprise-level approach.



This is a hands-on role where you are expected to work independently, solve problems, and improve how things are currently done.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the Catsy PIM/DAM system from setup through adoption
- Define and manage product data structures, including taxonomy, metadata, and standards
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks (accuracy, consistency, quality, and workflows)
- Build and document scalable processes across systems, data, and operations
- Manage integrations across platforms, including PIM/DAM, NetSuite, SPS Commerce, and Shopify
- Own and maintain a single source of truth for product and operational data
- Support the development and management of enterprise-level master data structures beyond PIM/DAM
- Help define how data is structured, governed, and used across systems as the business scales
