We are looking for a Trilingual Content Moderation Team Leader to lead a team of Content Moderators supporting an exciting gaming campaign.

Schedule
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Content Moderators.
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs and operational goals are consistently achieved.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with content moderation policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive, high-performance, and collaborative work environment.

Requirements
- Advanced English (C1).




- Advanced Portuguese (C1).
- Fluent Spanish.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or people leader within a Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or BPO environment.
- Strong knowledge of performance metrics, coaching, and team development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
