About The Role:
The Global Head of YouTube is responsible for leading YouTube marketing strategy and execution, driving audience growth, artist visibility, and commercial performance through innovative strategic partnerships, and data-driven marketing initiatives.
This leader oversees the development and execution of integral YouTube campaigns, identifies emerging trends and fast-growing social platforms, and collaborates cross-functionally with artists, the video team, creative teams, partner managers,
and internal stakeholders to maximize campaign performance, audience engagement, and cultural impact worldwide.
The role requires strong expertise in YouTube strategy, video integration, and delegation of video team resources while maintaining hands‑on involvement in priority artist projects.
The Global Head of YouTube manages workflows, builds and develops a high‑performing global strategy video team, and works closely with our YouTube ops team and partner management, as well as shorts teams, music partnerships teams, DSPs, and new media partners. Responsibilities also include distilling actionable insights from video and music consumption data, identifying macro trends, and ensuring strategic alignment across territories to maximize global impact and support long‑term company and artist success in an evolving digital landscape.
