You’ll manage purchase orders, track deliveries, verify invoices, and maintain vendor relationships—all while ensuring compliance and cost‑effectiveness.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reviewing and approving Purchase Orders (POs) through the On.Care (Procurement Partners) system
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with facility managers to prevent shortages
- Ensuring timely delivery of goods and resolving order discrepancies
- Working closely with Accounts Payable to verify invoices and resolve billing issues
- Adding and maintaining accurate pricing information in On.Care
- Ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and budget requirements
- Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Identifying opportunities
