Overview

We currently have a career opportunity for a Product Owner to join our team located in LATAM.

Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, outlining priorities and key milestones.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering and analyzing business and customer requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to define, prioritize, and refine product features.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, organized, and aligned with business objectives.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria to clarify requirements for development teams.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, gathering user feedback and analytics to drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-friendly and effective product design.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives,



to ensure the timely delivery of product features.
- Communicate product progress, updates, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and transparent manner.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, managing backlogs, and defining user stories.
- Ability to prioritize features and balance business needs with user requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and development teams effectively.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Fluent in English, with experience working in international teams.
