The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality visual assets aligned with brand strategy and business objectives. This role combines strong execution with creative judgment, working autonomously on complex projects, collaborating with cross‑functional teams (marketing, product, CRM, performance), and contributing ideas that elevate the brand’s visual standards.

What You’ll Do
- Design visual assets for digital campaigns (paid media, social media, display, CRM, landing pages, etc.).
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual guidelines across all deliverables.
- Adapt creative concepts across multiple formats, channels, and audiences.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers,



and stakeholders to develop effective campaigns.
- Propose visual improvements based on performance data (A/B testing, iterations).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and priorities.
- Support the evolution of the design system and brand asset library.
- Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers when needed.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative concept development.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Advertising, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in digital environments or agencies.
- Advanced proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; Figma is a plus).
- Strong visual design fundamentals (typography, color, composition, hierarchy).
- Experience in digital design and performance marketing environments.
