We are seeking a highly driven and visionary Creative Director to take ownership of our brand’s creative direction and execution. In this role, you will serve as the creative leader, translating the founder’s vision into compelling, high-performing assets across all channels, from packaging to digital marketing.
This is not a traditional oversight role. You will act as both strategist and builder, leading and mentoring a team of designers and creatives while remaining hands‑on when needed. You’ll ensure that every piece of creative work is not only visually strong but also practical, production‑ready, and optimized for performance in fast‑paced e‑commerce environments.




Responsibilities
- Own and lead the overall creative vision across channels to ensure consistency and quality.
- Oversee and guide a team of designers, render artists, and creatives, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Drive the development of packaging, digital assets, and marketing materials across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and performance goals.
- Ensure creative outputs meet production feasibility standards and maintain high attention to detail in execution.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to support business objectives and deliver impactful creative initiatives.
- Lead performance‑driven creative campaigns for platforms such as TikTok and Meta, including creative testing and iteration.
