We’re Hiring a Labor Relations Lawyer | Bucaramanga

We're looking for a Labor Relations Attorney to join our Legal team and provide support in managing labor, disciplinary, and administrative matters for the company.

This isn't just an operational role — we're looking for a professional who can help prevent and address labor disputes, promote best practices in employee relations, and bring strong legal judgment to every process.

What you'll do:
- Handle verbal and written inquiries
- Analyze and process disciplinary cases
- Process contract terminations (with cause, without cause, or mutual agreement)
- Prepare reports and maintain up-to-date legal department databases
- Deliver training sessions or talks as needed
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose action plans

What we're looking for:
- Law degree
- 1–2 years of experience and/or specialization in labor law
- Advanced English level (B2 or higher)
- Excellent writing, grammar, and legal argumentation skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor law
- Proficiency in Office; experience with Canva, Copilot, and digital tools is a plus
