About The Job





This position is needed to operationalize and scale enterprise learning programs by providing high-quality coordination, logistics, and learner support across Twilio’s Talent Development portfolio. This role sits at the center of execution. You will ensure learning experiences run smoothly end-to-end, from scheduling and communications to LMS administration and reporting. You’ll partner closely with program managers, facilitators, vendors, and People partners to deliver consistent, professional learning experiences that reflect Twilio’s standards and culture.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person learning programs, including scheduling, calendar management, registrations, materials, and session setup.
- Administer learning platforms and tools (LMS, surveys, content libraries), ensuring accurate enrollment, completion tracking, and data integrity.
- Support program delivery by managing communications to learners, facilitators, and stakeholders before, during, and after session
