Job Description
GateSource HR is looking for aProject Manager with experience inBayer Process to lead and optimize a large-scale alumina refining operation.

This role is based in a continuous, heavy industrial environment requiring stable 24/7 production, strong process discipline, and deep operational expertise in the Bayer Process . The successful candidate will have proven experience managing thermal stability, energy efficiency,



and environmentally compliant residue handling systems.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations and performance management of an industrial alumina refinery utilizing the Bayer Process
Ensure continuous, stable 24/7 production while maintaining process control and thermal balance across the plant.

Oversee digestion, clarification, precipitation, and calcination circuits with a focus on throughput and product quality.

Manage energy, steam, and heat integration systems to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Drive improvements in plant reliability, availability, and operational discipline.

Supervise Red Mud residue handling, storage, and disposal in compliance with international environmental and safety standards.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across operations, maintenance, process engineering, and HSE.

Implement best practices for risk management, safety leadership, and continuous improvement.
