The Associate Quality System Specialist supports the complaint handling process to ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements,



and service level agreements (SLAs). This role is responsible for executing complaint-related activities, maintaining accurate records in quality systems, supporting audits, and collaborating with regional stakeholders and general operational teams. The position also contributes to process improvements, reporting activities, and training initiatives that strengthen the overall quality management system.
