The Role

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own and grow our brand across every channel. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can build community, drive brand awareness, run our digital marketing engine, and turn product releases into moments our customers anticipate. You’ll be the connective tissue between our products, our story, and the photographers who carry our gear around the world.

What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture an engaged community of photographers and travelers across social, email, and owned channels
- Lead brand awareness initiatives that establish our client’s brand as the premium choice in the camera bag category
- Own digital marketing across paid, organic, email/lifecycle, SEO, and content, with clear accountability for growth metrics
- Plan and execute product launch campaigns from teaser through post‑launch, coordinating across creative, web, retail, and B2B
- Develop and manage an omnichannel strategy that aligns DTC (Shopify, Amazon) and B2B/retail efforts




- Create and curate compelling visual and written content that reflects the craft of photography and the spirit of travel
- Analyze performance and iterate quickly, balancing brand‑building with measurable demand generation
- Collaborate with leadership, channel owners, and external partners and distributors

Digital Advertising

A core part of this role is establishing, scaling, and continuously optimizing our paid acquisition across Google and Meta platforms. We expect deep, hands‑on expertise here — not just oversight of an agency.
- Build and manage Google Ads from the ground up — Search, Shopping/Performance Max, YouTube, and Display — including campaign structure, keyword and audience strategy, feed optimization, and bid management
- Establish and scale paid social on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), including campaign architecture, audience segmentation, retargeting, and creative testing frameworks
