We're looking for a Director of Professional Services to lead delivery across a portfolio of strategic banking accounts in North America. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact leadership role: you'll own the end‑to‑end delivery of complex payment implementation programmes, lead a team of project managers and technical consultants, and be the face of PS to some of our most important clients.

This role sits one level below the VP, Professional Services – North America, and is the engine room of regional delivery. You'll operate with real autonomy – owning your portfolio's performance, commercial health,



and client relationships – while working as an integral part of the broader North America leadership team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead delivery across a portfolio of strategic banking accounts

You’ll own end‑to‑end accountability for a set of complex, multi‑stream payment implementation programmes – ensuring they land on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll set the pace, maintain delivery rigour, and be the senior escalation point when things get hard.

Build and run a high‑performing PS team

You’ll lead a team of around 20–30 project managers, technical consultants, and business analysts. That means hiring well, developing people deliberately, managing performance honestly, and creating an environment where talented professionals do the best work of their careers.

Own the client relationship
