Main Responsibilities
Provide customer support to Canadian banking clients.
Resolve inquiries and offer effective solutions.
Advise customers on financial products and services.
Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer experience.
Work Schedule
Training period first 2 months
Morning shift 700 a.m to 330 p.m




Evening shift 400 p.m to 1200 a.m transportation and night bonus included
After training fixed shift based on availability
Morning 1000 a.m to 630 p.m
Afternoon 1100 a.m to 730 p.m
Requirements
High school diploma must present diploma or graduation certificate
English level B2 or higher
No previous experience required
